We work in high speed! Our methodology is centered around getting you the best results through high intensity, multifunctional movements that change daily to ensure you get a total body workout. Our workouts scale to fit your fitness level, but will always push you hard! No matter the class, high intensity is the name of the game!

Total Body

Come to Sweat ready for a challenging cardio driven session that uses weightless exercises like squats, sit ups, box jumps and light weight, heavy repetition sets with body bars and dumbbells to sculpt your body and test your limits. Our program is designed to be done weekly, allowing us to focus on different muscle groups each day.

At Sweat, fitness is not routine. Our mission is to help you break limits you didn’t think were possible by motivating you to do better each day. Classes

Sweat Class

Our namesake class, Sweat Class is a high intensity, circuit-based course designed to maximize your total body workout and leave you toned and defined.

45 minutes. 20 person class cap.

Sweat Crossfit

Looking to gain mean muscle while burning fat and having fun? Open to all fitness levels this class builds strength with high weight, while helping you maintain laser focus on form and technique.

45 minutes. 8 person class cap.

Sweat Mobility

You’ve killed your workouts this week, and your body! Recover on the weekend with a Sweat Mobility class: built to unwind the body of stress and get you ready for the week ahead.

60 minutes. 30 person class cap.

Intro Crossfit Class

Try CrossFit at Sweat for free! You’ll learn about daily class structure, movement standards, as well as using weights for improved strength and mobility.

    Coach Paul, bouncing in from a small dot on the world map called Geneseo in western Illinois, joins Sweat excited to continue driving his passion here in Chicago! Loaded with energy enough for two, Paul has found the job that’s become a love affair, and take it from us, it’s no job to him! With a few gyms under his belt, Paul is motivated…
    Coach Paul, bouncing in from a small dot on the world map called Geneseo in western Illinois, joins Sweat excited to continue driving his passion here in Chicago! Loaded with energy enough for two, Paul has found the job that’s become a love affair, and take it from us, it’s no job to him! With a few gyms under his belt, Paul is motivated by the opportunity to build a brand with his fitness family and take the vision well beyond The Windy City! Paul comes from a CrossFit and personal training background which has enabled him to broaden his physical base to support building a concept that’s inclusive to everyone, all fitness levels!
